Because our services involve dedicated development time, resources, planning, and customization, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Before Development Begins

If a payment has been received but development work has not yet started, the client may request cancellation.

Any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to deductions for:

• Payment gateway charges, where applicable
• Applicable taxes or non-recoverable charges
• Administrative or processing costs
• Any work or services already performed

2. After Development Begins

Once development, design, content preparation, configuration, or other project work has started:

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
• Charges may be retained for work already completed.
• Any refund, if applicable, will be calculated based on the amount of work completed and costs incurred.

3. Completed Projects

No refund will generally be provided once the project has been:

• Delivered to the client
• Approved or accepted by the client
• Published/launched
• Made live on the client’s domain
• Handed over with the agreed files, credentials, or access

Client approval or continued use of the completed website/service will be considered acceptance of the delivered work.

4. Client Delays and Project Abandonment

The client is responsible for providing required content, information, images, credentials, approvals, and feedback necessary to complete the project.

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days, Pouchcraft Solutions may place the project on hold or consider it abandoned.

If the client subsequently requests continuation, the project may be subject to:

• A revised delivery timeline
• Updated project requirements
• Additional charges for reactivation or work outside the original scope

5. Payment Gateway and Transaction Charges

Payments made through Cashfree Payments may be subject to payment processing charges and applicable taxes.

Where a refund is approved, Pouchcraft Solutions may deduct any non-recoverable payment processing charges, applicable taxes, banking charges, or other transaction-related costs, where permitted and applicable.

Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment channel, subject to the applicable payment gateway and banking procedures.

6. Cancellation by Pouchcraft Solutions

Pouchcraft Solutions reserves the right to cancel or refuse a project if:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided
• The client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour
• The requested website, content, product, or service involves illegal activities
• The client requests prohibited or unlawful content
• Required payments are not made according to the agreed terms
• The client repeatedly violates the agreed project terms

If a refund is applicable in such circumstances, it will be determined after considering work already completed and any non-recoverable costs.

7. Change of Mind

A change of mind after development has started does not automatically qualify the client for a full refund.

Any refund request will be evaluated according to the stage of the project, work completed, resources committed, and applicable costs.

8. Refund Request

To request a cancellation or refund, the client should contact Pouchcraft Solutions through our Contact page and provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Order/payment details
• Reason for the refund request

Each request will be reviewed according to this policy and the specific circumstances of the project.

9. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, the refund will be initiated through the applicable payment method or payment gateway.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the client’s bank account or payment instrument may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or other financial institution involved.
