Revision Policy

Website Launch

Only after completion of payment will the website be published or handed over.

WordPress Access

After project completion, clients receive:

Hosting account credentials are not included.

Delays

Pouchcraft Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by:

• delayed client responses,
• incomplete content,
• third-party services,
• payment delays,
• domain verification issues.

Note: PouchCraft Solutions provides digital services only — no physical products are shipped. Clients are required to provide project inputs (logo, content, reference links, and contact details) at the start of the project. Upon project completion, clients receive WordPress Administrator login credentials to manage their website. Hosting control panel access is not provided under standard plans, as hosting is fully managed by PouchCraft Solutions. All deliverables are provided electronically via email or a shared credentials document.
